Close to Home statement

We all remember the pandemic. When Covid struck, borders closed and lockdowns commenced. We were fortunate in Brisbane but even so, we were all staying close to home. This is a series of work mostly based on wandering around my neighbourhood. Some of these (plus others) were exhibited in the Small Wonders solo exhibition in Paddington, in between lockdowns.
